Overview
Who this is for:
This course is designed for any person who wants to have the latest trainer and assessor qualification and who may have 1 or more of these:
- Completed 1 or more training or assessing related TAE units, skill sets and/or
- Has some recent experience as a trainer and assessor in an RTO
- Holds the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment but not the TAE40116
If you want to become a fully qualified trainer and assessor with a current qualification, then this is the perfect program for you!

Entry Requirements:
To start this qualification, you must show you have skills and experience in the industry area you want to teach and assess. This means you should have a good understanding and background working in that industry. This includes having a relevant certificate or qualification if appropriate.
RPL Requirement: You must have current or recent professional experience working as a Trainer and/or Assessor in an RTO within the last 24 months.
Credit Transfer Requirement: You must provide your transcripts for any units of competency you've completed. Not all units are a direct credit transfer so what you can use will be discussed in your enrolment interview.
