Every now and then, a graduating TAE student writes a review that we believe really captures what we try to do. Instead of them ending up hidden among the others, we will share them with you, and try to explain why we think they are so appropriate.

Allison: What did she say?

At first, I was a little daunted by the amount of assignments/work required to complete the course but honestly, the trainers were amazing. They provided me with assistance via email, telephone and Facebook, even with other students assisting when asking questions through their Facebook page. Response times for answering questions and getting feedback on tasks were incredible, with no staff member ever making you feel irrelevant when answering you.

I would not hesitate in completing further study with Fortress Learning in the future and am happy to recommend them to anyone. Congratulations, Fortress Learning, and your team of dedicated workers. I would have not completed my course without you.

Why did this particular testimonial comment get our attention?

We conducted a survey about Face to Face versus Online Training.  Our survey revealed that no matter the mode of delivery, the quality of the trainer is critical.  While people generally believed that a good trainer in a face to face environment could captivate an audience, they also believed that a good trainer in an online environment could provide more support to an individual than can be achieved in a classroom setting.
